AIRANKINGS (“we”, “us”) operates airankings.tech and provides automated lead-response messaging services to home-service businesses and real estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
From our clients and prospective clients: name, business name, email address, phone number, and business details provided when inquiring about, testing, or purchasing our services — including the demo form on our homepage, which sends one text message to the number the visitor submits.
From our clients' customers: when someone submits an inquiry form on a client's website or listing, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and inquiry details that person voluntarily provided. We process this information solely to deliver messages on behalf of that client.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver the messaging services our clients have purchased, schedule appointments, and provide support. We process client customer data as a service provider on that client's behalf and under their direction.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send messages related to the inquiry the person submitted. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or consent records with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure to deliver our services, including messaging carriers and cloud hosting providers. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
We retain message and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.
Your choices
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To request access to or deletion of your information, email tucker@airankings.tech.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
